Govt enforces new rules for employees’ voluntary retirement: Details inside

KRACHI: The provincial government of Sindh has implemented new rules for voluntary retirement of employees, here on Saturday.

According to the new rules, government employees will be able to take voluntary retirement after the age of 55.

The Sindh Finance Department has issued a notification in this regard.

According to the notification, pension will be deducted in case of retirement before the age of 60.

According to the conditions, 10 percent less pension will be applicable on retirement at the age of 55, 8 percent at the age of 56, 6 percent on retirement after 57 years of service, 4 percent at the age of 58 and 2 percent less pension will be applicable on retirement after 59 years of service.
