ISLAMABAD: The government is set to launch an interest-free loan scheme for up to 1 million rupees for prospective overseas workers, aiming to support individuals seeking employment abroad.

This initiative is expected to benefit thousands of Pakistani workers seeking opportunities abroad and enhance financial stability for workers and their families.

The scheme will provide interest-free financing options with flexible repayment terms, catering to the financial needs of overseas workers.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible, applicants must be between 21 and 45 years old, have a valid job offer letter or be recruited through a licensed Overseas Employment Promoter (OEP), and jointly book the loan with a family member living in Pakistan.

By supporting these individuals, the government aims to promote economic growth and development in Pakistan.
