LAHORE: The Punjab government has lifted the restriction on closing shops, markets, shopping malls, hotels, and restaurants at 8 pm till June 1, 2026.
According to officials, all businesses across Punjab will now be allowed to operate beyond the previously imposed 8 pm deadline during the temporary relaxation period. The decision applies only to Punjab and will remain effective until June 1, 2026.
