Hajj 2026: Deadline for Hajj registration to end tomorrow

ISLAMABAD: The Ministry of Religious Affairs said on Saturday that there is only one day left for the mandatory registration for Hajj 2026.

According to details, more than two lakh Hajj pilgrims have completed their registration so far. The last date for submission has been set for Wednesday, July 9.

The ministry spokesperson clarified that no registration fee is being charged and the process is currently underway at 15 designated banks across the country. Moreover, applicants can also register online from the comfort of their homes.

According to the ministry, registration is mandatory, and only those who submit their applications within the stipulated period will be considered eligible for Hajj. After registration, applicants will be able to choose between the government and private Hajj schemes.

The Ministry of Religious Affairs added that the registration process is being carried out as per the guidelines provided by the Saudi authorities. The complete data of the registration will be shared with the Saudi authorities on the basis of which Pakistan’s Hajj quota will be allocated.
