LAHORE: The Chief Executive Officer of the District Education Authority took action by suspending the Headmaster of a high school, amid allegations of openly supporting a political candidate.
The suspension comes following accusations leveled by a Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) representative against the Headmaster, Ghulam Shabbir, alleging that he was providing overt support to the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) candidate, Amir Afzal.
The Chief Executive Officer Education Yasin Baloch promptly issued a notification regarding the suspension of the aforementioned Headmaster from his duties at Parryal High School.
