ISLAMABAD: The Ministry of IT & Telecommunication’s Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) is now accepting applications for its paid internship program, which aims to increase young people’s involvement in the nation’s expanding IT industry.
Marketing & Branding, Industry Facilitation, HR, Operations, IT/Data Node, Finance & Accounts, and Audit are just a few of the areas in which the program offers internships.
The internship is set to run for six months, It is intended to give practical experience, foster skill development, and expose participants to a professional workplace.
Key Responsibilities for the internees include assisting in daily tasks and projects related to the assigned department, conducting research and analysis to support departmental objectives, and assisting in drafting reports, presentations, and documentation, Support the team in organizing events, campaigns, or other activities, Learn and adapt to organizational processes and systems.
To be eligible, the internees must meet the following requirements: Minimum of 16 years of education in a relevant field from an HEC-recognized university, Graduation year not earlier than 2022, Age not exceeding 25 years as of the deadline of application submission, Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills, Ability to work independently and as part of a team, Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools.
