ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has ordered to jail authorities to provide basic facilities to Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan in jail.
According to the details, the PTI council has filed an application in IHC, and asked the court to transfer Imran Khan from Attock Jail to Adiala.
The lawyer has asked the court to provide A-Class facilities to Chairman PTI in jail.
While the court issued written order on plea proceeding, the IHC ordered to jail authorities to provide basic facilities to Imran Khan, as according to law and jail manual.
The IHC allowed three PTI lawyers to meet Imran Khan in jail, Sher Afzal Marwat, Umair Niazi and Naeem Haider Panjhotha.
