IHC Orders to Remove Shireen Mazari’s name from PCL

The Islamabad High Court has ordered to remove the name of former federal minister Shireen Mazari from the passport control list.

Justice Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri of Islamabad High Court while pronouncing the reserved judgment on November 21, ordered to remove Shireen Mazari’s name from the passport control list.

The court said that putting Shireen Mazari’s name in the passport control list is unfair and illegal.

It should be noted that the name of former Federal Minister Shireen Mazari was included in the PCL list on the recommendation of the Islamabad Police.
