RAWALPINDI: PTI founder and former Prime Minister Imran Khan has warned of going on a hunger strike in Adiala Jail if he does not get justice from the concerned court.

while talking informally to the journalist in Adiala Jail, the PTI supremo expressed his lack of confidence in Chief Justice of Pakistan Qazi Faez Isa’s involvement in benches handling PTI and his cases.

He emphasized that there should be no favoritism during the hearing of cases under Article 25 of the Constitution, adding that his lawyers have objected to the presence of CJP Qazi Faez Isa in every bench.

My lawyers have objected to the presence of Qazi Faiz Isa in every bench. Now we doubt that we will not get justice. The five-member bench of Justice Gulzar also said that Qazi Faiz Isa cannot hear our case.

Imran Khan referenced a recent decision of the five-member bench of Justice Gulzar, which said that Qazi Faiz Isa should not preside over cases regarding Imran Khan, PTI, and SIC.

Additionally, he noted the administrative dynamics within the jail, mentioning the involvement of senior military officials in day-to-day operations.
