MANDI BAHAUDDIN: Punjab Police on Saturday arrested an Indian national for illegally staying in Mandi Bahauddin city here.
Police conducted a raid in the Mong area under the Sadar police station limits on a tip-off.
The suspect, identified as Badal Singh, who failed to provide a valid visa or any permit for staying in Pakistan.
During the investigation, he was revealed to belong to Nagla Khatkari area of Aligarh in India.
The police registered a case against Badal Singh and produced him in a local court. The judge sent the Indian national to jail on 14-day judicial remand.
