MUZAFFARGARH: The National Cybercrime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) has arrested two suspects and their foreign mastermind for running a child pornography network in Muzaffargarh.
The NCCIA also rescued at least six children in the operation, and they were handed over to the Child Protection Department for psychological and social rehabilitation.
Preliminary investigation shows that the master of the network belongs to a foreign country.
The suspects involved have been identified as Junaid and Irfan. They were actively involved in producing the explicit content of children aged six to eight. They were allegedly involved in selling the videos to foreign websites.
Children were forcibly involved by blackmailing them or exploiting them with money by the suspects, according to NCCIA.
Several electronic devices have been recovered by the NCCIA authorities, which contain disturbing content and objectionable videos.
The authorities revealed that the number of children affected by the international pornography network is more than 50.
