JUI Leader’s ATF Escort vehicle crashes into crane

PESHAWAR: An accident occurred between a vehicle of the Anti-Terrorist Force (ATF) squad of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI) Balochistan provincial chief Maulana Abdul Wasi and a crane.

According to the police, the accident took place in the Kan Mehtarzai area, resulting in the death of a security official while four officials were injured. Rescue operations were launched immediately after the accident and the injured were provided first aid.

According to the police, the body of the deceased official and the injured have been shifted to Quetta for further treatment, where medical facilities are being provided to the injured officials.

After the incident, the concerned authorities have started an investigation to find out the reasons for the accident. Police say that more information is being obtained regarding the accident.
