KP CM Ali Amin Gandapur holds unusual meeting with Imran Khan at Adiala Jail

RAWALPINDI: Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Ali Amin Gandapur held an unusual meeting with PTI founder and former Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan at Adiala Jail that lasted for an hour, here on Monday.

As per the details, the talks focused on the law-and-order situation in KP, party affairs and other political matters.

CM KP held an unusual meeting with Imran Khan at Adiala Jail outside the standard SOPs. CM Ali Amin reached the jail with full official protocol and his vehicle was allowed to enter through Gate No. 5 without any hindrance.

The PTI founder Imran Khan was shifted from his jail cell to a conference room for the meeting. Reports have revealed that the talks between Imran Khan and the Chief Minister covered topics like provincial law and order, development projects, party matters and political matters.

The meeting also discussed the rally to be held in Peshawar on February 8, during which the PTI founder gave various instructions to the Chief Minister.

After an hour-long meeting in the conference room, the KP Chief Minister left for Islamabad without speaking to the media.
