KP declares public holiday on Kashmir Solidarity Day

PESHAWAR: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has declared a public holiday.

The KP government has declared a public holiday on February 5th on the occasion of Kashmir Solidarity Day.

A notification has been issued by the Administration Department on Kashmir Solidarity Day. Government and private institutions in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa will remain closed on Kashmir Solidarity Day.

According to the notification, a minute’s silence will be observed for Kashmiri martyrs at 10 am tomorrow. On the occasion of Kashmir Solidarity Day, ceremonies, rallies and prayer gatherings will be held across the province.
