PMD forecasts cold, dry conditions nationwide
LAHORE: Rain, gusty winds expected in Lahore and other parts of province. Duststorm/thunderstorm with isolated rain is expected in Rawalpindi, Murree, Galliyat, Attock, Chakwal, Jhelum, Mandi Bahauddin, Gujrat, Gujranwala, Hafizabad, Sialkot, Narowal, Lahore, Kasur, Okara, Sheikhupura, Faisalabad, Toba Tek Singh, Jhang, Khushab, Sargodha and Mianwali. Dust-raising winds/duststorms with isolated rain are likely in Multan, Muzaffargarh, and Dera Ghazi Khan during the evening/night.
Very hot weather is expected in the southern districts of the province. Hot and dry weather prevailed over most parts of the country, while very hot in southern parts. However, rain-windstorms/thunderstorms occurred at isolated places in south Punjab, upper Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit-Baltistan, Pothohar region, and Islamabad.
