Lahore weather forecast: Capital city to experience hot & humid weather from today

LAHORE: The weather is likely to remain hot and humid in the provincial capital Lahore from today, while there is no chance of rain.

According to the Meteorological Department, the minimum temperature in the city is likely to be 25 degrees Celsius while the maximum temperature may go up to 36 degrees Celsius. The humidity level in the air was recorded above 70%.

Weather forecasters have confirmed that there is no chance of rain in Lahore today. Additionally, Lahore tops the global pollution list, with the city recording an average smog level of 183.

Meanwhile, the Meteorological Department has predicted hot and dry weather in most parts of the country. However, there is a possibility of rain with strong winds/wind and thundershowers at few places in Upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Gilgit-Baltistan.
