RAWALPINDI: Legal proceedings have been initiated against Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Sohail Afridi and others after they were declared proclaimed offenders.
Under the orders of the Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC), notices have been posted at multiple locations, including the judicial complex, summoning the accused to appear in court.
Sohail Afridi, Meena Khan, Amjad Khan, Shafeeullah Jan, and Amjad Afridi have been directed to present themselves before the court.
The notices, issued under Section 87 of the ATC, state that the accused have either failed to comply with court orders or are absconding.
They are warned that this is the final opportunity to appear in court, and failure to do so will result in legal action.
