Local administration announces public holiday on September 12

RAHIM YAR KHAN: The local administration announced a public holiday on September 12 because of the by-election in constituency NA-171 Rahim Yar Khan-III.

According to the notification issued today, Deputy Commissioner Khurram Pervaiz highlighted that all public offices and educational institutes will remain close within the constituency will remain closed on polling day.

This measure is taken to help alleviate potential congestion to avoid any mishaps at polling stations and encourage maximum voter turnout.
