LAHORE: On the instructions of Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz, the Punjab government has started the registration of ‘Dastaq representatives’. The initiative aims to streamline service delivery to all citizens through a single mobile application.
CM Punjab Maryam Nawaz said that after the launch of this program, its scope will be extended to all districts in the coming months, as efforts are underway to add more services to the initiative.
Maryam Nawaz said that this initiative will bring the services directly to the doorsteps of the people and help in eradicating corruption in government offices. She also highlighted that Punjab is progressing in the digital era by leveraging IT and AI to enhance public service.
CM Punjab also mentioned that ‘Maryam ki Dastak’ project will employ hundreds of thousands in the region.
The ‘Dastak Facilitators App’, developed by PITB, has been launched to streamline the selection process for Facilitators in the ‘Maryam ki Dastak’ initiative.
Those who are interested can apply for the Facilitator role through the ‘Dastak Facilitators Mobile App’ by scanning the QR codes provided in the graphics or by visiting Dastak.punjab.gov.pk.
