May 9 case: New bench to hear Imran Khan’s bail

ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court bench hearing the bail appeals of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan in the May 9 case has been changed.

The three-member bench headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan Yahya Afridi, hearing the case, has been changed.

Justice Hassan Azhar Rizvi has been included in the three-member bench in place of Justice Mian Gul Hassan Aurangzeb.

A three-member bench headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan Yahya Afridi will hear the case at 10:30 am.

It should be noted that the hearing could not be held yesterday due to the ill health of Special Prosecutor Zulfiqar Naqvi, and the court issued an order to hear the case again today.
