Ministry of Interior reshuffles key officials

ISLAMABAD: The Ministry of Interior has issued an office order approving new postings and transfers on August 26, 2024.

After the approval of the Secretary of Interior, Tahir Shahbaz, Section Officer (Admn-III), will take on additional responsibilities of Admin-II Section.

Mr. Sajid Khan, BS-18, has been demoted from Section Officer (Admn-II) to Section Officer (FATF) due to his involvement in perpetuating a bad reputation involving inefficiency, mismanagement, and malpractices.

Newly joined Agha Hashir, Section Officer (BS-17), has been appointed as Section Officer (Visa), and Asim Hussain Qureshi, Section Officer (BS-17), will serve as Section Officer (IC).
