ISLAMABAD: NADRA has introduced its new and modern website for the convenience of citizens.

Now users will not need to visit separate platforms for different services. All important facilities will be available on a single website, which will save both time and effort.

All services like CNIC, NAICOP, POC and Family Registration Certificate have been brought together on a single platform. Along with this, registration data has been presented in the form of maps through the nGRIDS system. This feature has made it easier to understand and analyze statistics from different areas.

The new website also provides a comparative overview of census and registration statistics at the district level. In addition, a special map gallery has been added, which will be useful for research and planning people. Important trends at the national and provincial levels are also available to users, which can help in policy making.

NADRA has also presented the birth, death, marriage and divorce registration system in a more systematic manner. Along with this, verification services for banking, telecom and other government agencies have also been brought together in one place. This move will improve communication between agencies and speed up the verification process.

The call center, IVR and email support have been made more effective to guide users. The system for filing complaints and their resolution has also been improved so that the public gets immediate relief. NADRA’s career portal has also been updated, through which it has now become easier than ever to apply online.

Moreover, complete information about NADRA’s network across the country and abroad is provided on the website. Details regarding registration centers and mobile registration vans are also available at one place. The Right to Information and Media Center sections have also been improved according to modern requirements, making access to information even easier.
