Nawaz Sharif likely to visit London for medical checkup in September

LAHORE: According to the sources, three-time Prime Minister of Pakistan and President of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz(PML-N) Nawaz Sharif is expected to embark on a journey to London in mid-September, with September 11 marked as his likely departure date.

The former prime minister will stay in London for two to three weeks, the primary purpose of his trip is to undergo a comprehensive medical evaluation, almost a year after his return to Pakistan in October 2023.

In addition to his health-related visit, sources suggest that Nawaz Sharif will also engage in significant political discussions during his time in London, making the trip a multifaceted one.

The PLMN President will likely visit his sons living in London to spend some quality time with them.
