NHA increases toll tax for motorways & national highways; Details inside

ISLAMABAD: The National Highway Authority (NHA) has increased the toll tax rates on national highways and motorways once again, here on Friday.

As per the notification, the new taxes will be applicable on M1 Islamabad Peshawar, M3 Lahore Abdul Hakim, M4 Pindi Bhattian Faisalabad Multan, Motorway M5 Multan Sukkur, M14 DI Khan, E35 Hussainabad-Hasan Abdal – Havelian – Mansehra Expressway.

This tax will be effective from July 1, 2024, and will remain in force till further announcement.

According to the revised rates, the price of car toll on the national highway has been increased by Rs 30 to Rs 40 and the price of wagon by Rs 70.
