Non-bailable arrest warrant issued for Ali Amin Gandapur

ISLAMABAD: An Islamabad court has issued an arrest warrant for former KP Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur.

In the District and Sessions Courts of Islamabad, Judicial Magistrate Mubashir Hassan heard the liquor and arms recovery case against former Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur.

Despite the case being called, Ali Amin Gandapur did not appear in court today, on which the court issued a non-bailable arrest warrant for his continued absence.

The Judicial Magistrate has ordered the police to arrest Ali Amin Gandapur and present him at the next hearing, while the next hearing of the case has been adjourned until October 28.

It should be noted that a liquor and arms recovery case against Ali Amin Gandapur is registered at Bara Kahu Police Station in Islamabad.
