RAWALPINDI: The Pakistan Army has expressed deep concern over the provocative and aggressive remarks by the Indian security leadership, warning that such irresponsible statements could be an attempt to create a pretext for Indian aggression.

According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), these remarks could have serious consequences for peace and stability in South Asia. The military’s media wing warned that India has been portraying itself as a victim for decades by constantly blaming Pakistan.

The ISPR said that in reality, India has been the epicenter of cross-border terrorism and regional instability. This year, India’s actions have pushed nuclear-armed countries to the brink of war. Yet, it now seems to have ignored the wreckage of its own fighter jets and Pakistan’s demonstrated capabilities.
