Where will it rain in Pakistan today?

ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has predicted more rain in different parts of the country in the next few hours.

Clouds fell heavily in many cities, including Lahore, due to which the intense heat wave decreased significantly, and the weather became pleasant. Citizens enjoyed the rain to the fullest, while cool winds also broke the heat in different areas.

According to the Meteorological Department, the weather is likely to remain hot in most districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa today; however, the weather will remain partly cloudy in the plains and upper areas of the province, including Peshawar.

The Meteorological Department has also predicted rain in most areas of Malakand and Hazara divisions, which is expected to make the weather more pleasant.

According to the data, the temperature in Peshawar was recorded at 31 degrees Celsius, while the humidity ratio in the air was recorded at 58 percent.

Similarly, the temperature was recorded at 14 degrees Celsius in Chitral, 18 degrees Celsius in Dir, 21 degrees Celsius in Malam Jabba, 24 degrees Celsius in Saidu Sharif, 31 degrees Celsius in Bannu, 32 degrees Celsius in DI Khan, and 24 degrees Celsius in Abbottabad.

Meteorologists say that the temperature may drop further in many areas due to rain; however, citizens have been advised to take precautionary measures in view of the weather changes and follow the latest instructions of the Meteorological Department.
