Pakistan pledges strong counter to India’s hostile actions

ISLAMABAD: Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Pakistan Ishaq Dar has termed the Indian announcements as inappropriate and said that India will be given a befitting reply.

In his response, he said that a meeting of the National Security Committee has been called for tomorrow, while Pakistan’s Foreign Ministry has issued a statement on the Pahalgam attack, saying that India has not provided any evidence of a terrorist incident.

Ishaq Dar said that India is blaming Pakistan for its problems, and that there is immaturity in Indian measures. It is not appropriate to vent anger over a terrorist incident in this way. The announcements made by India are inappropriate.

Talking to a private TV, Senator Faisal Vawda said that Pakistan is first, we are all later. We are all united for Pakistan. It is proposed that an immediate meeting be convened under the National Action Plan.

He said that the leaders of all political parties, including PTI, should participate in the meeting, and the world should be sent a message that political differences are nothing to Pakistan.

Faisal Vawda said that the whole of Pakistan stands with the army and in front of the enemies, the Pahalgam incident is a drama of India, the Western media has also exposed it.

He said that if India makes any mistake, a befitting reply will be given.

Pakistan has called a meeting of the National Security Committee tomorrow to respond to Indian actions. A statement issued by Defense Minister Khawaja Asif said that a meeting of the National Security Committee has been called tomorrow in which a decision will be made to respond to Indian actions.
