Pakistan sees lowest textile exports in April 2025

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan recorded its lowest level of textile exports on a monthly (MoM) and annual (YoY) basis during April 2025.

Sources said that Pakistan’s textile exports during April 2025 saw a decline of $22 million compared to the figures of March 2025.

Textile exports recorded a decline of $2 million in the month of April 2025 compared to April 2024.

Sources further revealed that the volume of textile exports during April 2025 fell to $1.22 billion.

Textile exports were recorded at $1.44 billion in March 2025. The volume of textile exports was recorded at $1.25 billion in April 2024.

Textile exports increased by 8.42 percent during the first ten months of the current fiscal year. The volume of textile exports from July 2024 to April 2025 was $14.85 billion.

Sources further revealed that the volume of textile exports during the same period of the previous fiscal year was $13.70 million.

In February 2025, the volume of textile exports was $1.58 million and in January 2025, the volume of textile exports was $1.68 billion.

In January 2025, Pakistan exported textile products worth $1.68 million. In December 2024, textile exports were recorded at $1.48 billion. In November 2024, the volume of textile exports was $1.46.

Textile products worth $1.63 billion were exported in October 2024 and textile exports in September 2024 were $1.61 million.
