Dr. Ejaz Enthusiastically Embraces Renewed Economic Cooperation and Opportunities with the UAE.

Abu Dhabi played host to a pivotal meeting between Dr. Gohar Ejaz, Minister for Commerce, Industries and Investment, and Dr. Thani Ahmed Al Zeyoudi, Minister of State for Foreign Trade of the United Arab Emirates, where both leaders engaged in discussions to fortify bilateral economic ties.

The focus of the deliberations centered on the augmentation of bilateral trade volume and the exploration of promising investment avenues for the UAE in Pakistan’s service and logistics sectors. Key areas highlighted included the development of infrastructure for ports, logistics hubs, and aviation facilities, expansion of shipping and cargo services, and investments in modern technologies to enhance operational efficiency.

Both ministers underscored their resolute commitment to simplifying procedures and creating a conducive environment for UAE investors. Expressing enthusiasm for the future, Dr. Ejaz stated, “We are excited about the opportunities that lie ahead with this renewed focus on economic cooperation with the UAE. Our shared vision for a vibrant and interconnected future paves the way for mutually beneficial investments and trade initiatives.”
