ISLAMABAD: Naseer Soomro, who brought Pakistan international fame for his extraordinary height, has died after a long illness.
According to his family, he had been suffering from breathing difficulties and low oxygen levels. He had been hospitalized several times due to lung problems.
Standing at 7 feet 9 inches tall, Soomro was at least three feet taller than the average person. His funeral prayers will be offered tomorrow in Shikarpur.
