ISLAMABAD: The Passport Department has introduced a new system for monitoring applications, printing and performance. Now real-time monitoring of passport applications and delivery will be possible in Pakistan and around the world.
On the instructions of DG Passports, a special monitoring room has been established at the headquarters, which will work 24 hours a day. Daily operations will be monitored and evaluated through a digital integrated dashboard.
Under the new monitoring system, every stage from passport application to delivery will be monitored, and rush in passport offices will also be automatically identified.
In addition, staff performance, passport printing process, backlog and machinery status will also be monitored.
