Petrol prices may see major hike from Feb 1
ISLAMABAD: The federal government is likely to reduce the prices of petroleum products in the country.
According to details, due to a continued downward trend in international oil prices, the federal government is considering a reduction in petroleum prices for the next 15 days, starting from December 16, 2025.
Reports suggest that the price of petrol may be reduced by Rs0.36 per litre, while a significant cut of Rs11.85 per litre is expected in the price of high-speed diesel.
It is noteworthy that the final prices of petroleum products for the next fortnight will be announced tomorrow.
