PM Imran to reveal threat letter in special cabinet meeting, MQM-P to abstain

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan has convened a special cabinet meeting on Wednesday to reveal the content of a letter to the allies that allegedly shows a foreign conspiracy has been designed to dismiss his government to the cabinet members.

The premier has especially invited Muttahida Qaumi Movement-Pakistan leader Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui, however, the latter has excused himself from attending the meeting due to his busy schedule.

The premier will also consult with the cabinet members on his speech to the nation today.

Sources have informed Bol News that the premier has also decided to share the letter with as many as 14 senior journalists of the country.

Meanwhile, the government is also trying to contact Khalid Magsi however no contact has been established with him yet.

Meanwhile, Governor Sindh Imran Ismail and Defense Minister Pervez Khattak on late Tuesday night paid a visit to the Muttahida Qaumi Movement-Pakistan (MQM-P) leaders in the Parliament Lodges and delivered a message from Prime Minister Imran Khan.

The development came after the announcement was made that joint opposition and MQM-P have reached an agreement.

While talking to the media Imran Ismail, Governor of Sindh, said he came to deliver Prime Minister Imran Khan’s message to MQM-P convener Dr Maqbool Siddiqui.
