PM Shehbaz Sharif forms special committee to monitor petroleum prices

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif has formed a special committee to monitor petroleum products in view of the rising oil prices in the international market.

According to the details, an 18-member committee has been formed under the chairmanship of the Finance Minister. The committee will include the energy and petroleum ministers as well as the governors.

The committee will monitor the prices and stocks of petroleum products. The committee will review the demand and supply of petroleum products daily.

The committee will compile a report on stock supply on a daily basis. A report will be submitted to the Prime Minister on a daily basis.
