RAWALPINDI: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif visited the residence of martyred Squadron Leader Usman Yousaf in Rawalpindi today on the occasion of Youm-e-Tashakur (Day of Gratitude).
The prime minister, along with the Chief of Army Staff General Syed Asim Munir, met the family of the martyr and offered condolences, state-run Radio Pakistan reported.
Prime Minister and Army Chief prayed for the elevation of the martyr’s ranks.
Defence Minister Khawaja Asif, Information Minister Attaullah Tarar also accompanied the Prime Minister.
PM Shehbaz appreciated the determination and duty of Squadron Leader Usman Yousuf during Marka-e-Haq.
