Policeman martyred in Kashmore bandits attack on patrol

KASHMORE: Unknown armed men opened fire on a police patrol in Kandhkot tehsil of Kashmore district near Kot Shahu police station, resulting in the martyrdom of one policeman and the injury of another.

According to details, police personnel were on patrol in the Kot Shahu area when unknown assailants came and opened fire, resulting in the martyrdom of Constable Altaf Hussain Brohi.

The body of the martyred official and the injured police officer were shifted to the Civil Hospital. As soon as the information was received, a heavy contingent of police reached the spot and further investigation is underway.
