In a public rally in Bahawalpur, Chairman of the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Bilawal Bhutto Zardari addressed critical issues facing the nation and outlined the party’s commitment to serving the people. Emphasizing the need for meaningful change, Bilawal Bhutto highlighted the economic challenges, unemployment, poverty, and inflation currently affecting Pakistan.
Bilawal Bhutto asserted that the PPP is the only political entity genuinely focused on addressing the concerns of the public, distinguishing itself from other parties driven solely by a desire for power. He reaffirmed the party’s dedication to providing 300 free electricity units to the public, establishing free educational institutions nationwide, and constructing hospitals, including a cardiac facility in Bahawalpur.
The PPP chairman also pledged to build 30 lakh houses for the people and condemned false promises made by other political leaders, citing the example of Prime Minister Imran Khan. Bilawal expressed his commitment to ensuring the provision of free medical treatment in the cardiac hospital he plans to establish in Bahawalpur.
Bilawal Bhutto conveyed a message of unity, urging a more respectful discourse between former partners. He criticized other political parties for their elitist representation, emphasizing the PPP’s goal of genuine public service.
Furthermore, Bilawal outlined plans to issue the Benazir Worker Card, extending financial support to workers. He highlighted the PPP’s dedication to assisting farmers through the Kisan Card and promised robust measures against poverty through the Bhook Mitao Program.
