RAWALPINDI: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) Founder and former Prime Minister Imran Khan has announced a protest against the government across the country on Saturday.

The protest will be led by the founder of PTI himself from the jail, said Senator Ali Zafar after meeting Imran Khan in Jail.

Talking to the media after the meeting, Zafar said that the center of the protest movement will not be Islamabad, but the party will launch a protest movement across the country.

Senator Ali Zafar added while quoting the PTI founder that we were put against the wall as our party is not getting any relief from the judiciary and the executive, and we are now left with no choice but to come to the streets.

Imran Khan will give all instructions related to the protest movement from jail, and Imran Khan gave me the responsibility to make a plan for the protest movement, Senator Ali Zafar added.

We will finalize the plan after consulting with lawyers and party leadership, and then I will present the plan for the protest movement at my next meeting with Imran Khan, he noted.

Imran Khan is very serious about the movement, and he said that this time the movement has to be run with full planning and preparation, and make it fruitful.

The strategy of the protest movement will be ready in a few days, as Imran Khan will lead the movement as chairman from jail, Senator Ali Zafar.

Whatever the chairman says, we will follow it, and the implementation has to happen said the Senator.

Whether the hearing takes place on June 5 or not is a question mark, but we hope that we will get relief, Senator Ali Zafar said on asking about the next hearing of the Al-Qadir Trust case.
