PTI Chairman Barrister Gohar denies reports of removal from office

ISLAMABAD: Chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Barrister Gohar denied the news of his removal from office.

Talking to the media, he said that if I am removed from office, the party will end, such things are being said by those who think that we have a numerical majority.

Let me make one thing clear: if I resign, our party will completely end. On the other hand, Naeem Haider Panjotha has claimed that the founder of PTI has ordered all MPAs of Punjab to resign from committees.

Earlier, Opposition Leader in the Punjab Assembly, Moin Riaz Qureshi, had directed the members of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) to submit their resignations to the chairmen of the standing committees.

PTI has prepared to resign from the chairmanship of the standing committees in the Punjab Assembly, and in this regard.

Moin Riaz Qureshi said that the opposition members should not only submit their resignations from the committees but also return their vehicles.

Earlier, Chairman PTI Barrister Gohar had told the media outside Adiala Jail that Imran Khan has decided to resign from the standing committees of the Punjab Assembly immediately.

He said that PTI has 14 standing committees in Punjab, and the founder of PTI has directed them to resign from all the standing committees.
