PTI members asked to resign from Punjab standing committees

RAWALPINDI: Opposition Leader in the Punjab Assembly, Moin Riaz Qureshi, has directed the members of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) to submit their resignations to the chairmen of the standing committees.

PTI has prepared to resign from the chairmanship of the standing committees in the Punjab Assembly, and in this regard.

Moin Riaz Qureshi said that the opposition members should not only submit their resignations from the committees but also return their vehicles.

Earlier, Chairman PTI Barrister Gohar had told the media outside Adiala Jail that Imran Khan has decided to resign from the standing committees of the Punjab Assembly immediately.

He said that PTI has 14 standing committees in Punjab, and the founder of PTI has directed them to resign from all the standing committees.
