ISLAMABAD (ABN News) – PTI leader Ali Bukhari has made significant revelations, stating that while there is much noise, the reality is that his name is included on the visitor’s list every time, yet practical permission to meet is rarely granted. According to him, the last meeting with the PTI founder took place during Ramadan, while no visit was allowed during Eid either. Despite his name being regularly included in the weekly visitation list, permission is consistently denied.
Ali Bukhari confirmed that he met with the PTI founder and, Alhamdulillah, his health is stable. During the meeting, the PTI founder revealed that he had not been allowed to meet his wife for the past four weeks, newspapers had been cut off, and he had only been given four books in the last two months. Additionally, television access had been removed, significantly limiting his access to information.
During the conversation, the PTI founder inquired in detail about the country’s current situation and sent a message to party workers, urging them not to lose hope and to remain steadfast. He emphasized that every dark night is followed by a dawn and expressed confidence that they stand for the truth. He advised both the leadership and the workers to remain resilient and not succumb to any pressure.
Speaking on ABN News’ program “Badlo”, Ali Bukhari said the PTI founder firmly believes that the appointment of an opposition leader in the National Assembly, Senate, and Punjab Assembly is essential to maintain democratic balance. He also stated that if any disqualification cases emerge in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, they must be addressed seriously.
He further asserted that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has always stood for merit, the Constitution, and the rule of law, which are the party’s core strengths. The PTI founder’s message has rekindled hope among the party’s supporters and the public, assuring them that despite challenges, the struggle will continue, and ultimately, truth and justice will prevail.
