KARACHI: Karachi Deputy Commissioner East has granted permission to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf to hold a rally at Bagh Jinnah.
In this regard, Sindh Information Minister Sharjeel Memon said that the NOC for the rally was issued with conditions and the organizers will be fully responsible for maintaining peace during the rally.
He said that provocative speeches, materials and sectarian discussions will not be allowed, speeches against the country and state institutions will not be allowed, it is the responsibility of the organizers to maintain traffic flow and it is necessary to end the program before the scheduled time.
Sharjeel Memon said that the district administration will have the authority to cancel the permission for security reasons.
