Punjab Govt extends deadline for Laptop Scheme phase 2 applications

LAHORE: The Punjab government has announced an extension of the last date for submitting applications for the Punjab Laptop Scheme Phase 2.

According to the official notification, students can now submit their applications through the online portal till March 20, 2026. The purpose of extending the last date is to benefit maximum students from this scheme. Under this scheme, students are provided access to modern technology to promote digital facilities in educational and research activities.

This program is part of the provincial government’s educational development efforts. In this, students of government educational institutions of Punjab as well as students of some selected private universities are also eligible to apply.

The authorities have urged the students to complete their applications before the due date. This will enable students to benefit from this educational facility on time.
