RDA Takes Action: FIRs Filed Against Owners of Illegal Housing Schemes

RAWALPINDI: Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) has taken decisive action against illegal housing schemes by lodging FIRs against their owners.

The targeted schemes include Imperial City, National Gold Enclave on Chakwal Road, and Kashmir Green City on G.T. Road Mandra. Prior to filing FIRs, RDA issued warnings to these illegal societies, emphasizing the necessity of obtaining the requisite NOC for launching housing projects within RDA’s jurisdiction.

The public is urged not to invest in unapproved housing schemes, and sponsors are instructed to cease marketing illegal projects and acquire proper approvals from RDA. Additionally, RDA has alerted various authorities about illegal advertisements of private housing schemes on social media platforms and other internet facilities.
