RAWALPINDI: The report demanded an immediate eye examination of the founder of PTI.
According to the report, the founder of PTI Imran Khan has demanded that he be examined by his personal doctors Faisal Sultan and Asim Yousaf.
The report recommended that the founder of PTI can also be examined by a specialist doctor. Due to the solitary confinement of the founder of PTI and lack of access to TV, an order should be made to provide books, the report said that the TV in the founder of PTI’s cell is not working.
In the absence of a working TV, the provision of books should be ensured. The provision of books will not create any security threat. The founder of PTI is not allowed to meet lawyers.
The fundamental right to a fair trial is being affected without meeting lawyers. The court should intervene in the matter of meeting lawyers. Uninterrupted meetings should be held with the family of the founder of PTI. Steps should be taken to eliminate mosquitoes and insects from the cell of the founder of PTI. Basic necessities like a refrigerator should also be provided in the cell of the founder of PTI.
