Schedule of U-18 Asia Cup Hockey 2026 announced

ISLAMABAD: The Asian Hockey Federation has officially announced the schedule of the U-18 Asia Cup 2026.

The event will be played in Kakamegahara, Japan from May 29 to June 6, in which the best teams of Asia will compete.
The tournament will have separate competitions for men and women. In the men’s event, 9 teams have been divided into two groups. Pool A includes India, Korea, Japan, Chinese Taipei and Kazakhstan, while Pool B includes Pakistan, Malaysia, Bangladesh and China.

The Green Shirts will begin their journey on May 30 with a match against China, which will be played on May 30 at 11:00 am. The second match will be Pakistan vs Malaysia on May 31 at 3:00 pm.

The third match will be played between Pakistan and Bangladesh on June 3 at 3:00 PM. The semi-finals and position matches will begin on June 5. The final of the tournament and the third-place match will be held on June 6.

In preparation for the event, the Pakistan Hockey Federation organized trials from across the country and the Youth Under-18 National Hockey Championship brought out talented under-18 players.
