Security forces kill 4 terrorists in anti-terror operations in KP

In a significant blow to terrorism, security forces in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa conducted two successful anti-terror operations, resulting in the elimination of four terrorists. The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) of the Pakistan Army confirmed the operations, highlighting the use of intelligence-based strategies.

One operation took place in the Mir Ali district of North Waziristan, where intense gunfire erupted between security forces and terrorists. Two militants were neutralized during the exchange, including high-value target Tabeer, alias Qadarmaan, a notorious terrorist commander, and Sajid, alias Sarkandi.

In another joint operation in Dera Ismail Khan, security forces and the police collaborated to eliminate two more terrorists. The ISPR reported the recovery of weapons, explosives, and ammunition from the apprehended terrorists.

The ISPR spokesperson emphasized that the slain terrorists were involved in various acts of terrorism against security forces and innocent civilians. They were not only implicated in extortion activities but were also responsible for targeting law enforcement agencies and innocent civilians.

The military spokesperson further stated that the terrorists were actively engaged in subversive activities and posed a threat to the enforcement of law and order. The successful operations have not only neutralized these threats but have also resulted in the confiscation of a significant cache of arms and explosives.
