Kot Lakhpat prisoners said that Pakistan had a natural advantage over India in cotton production, cotton production in Pakistan has decreased by about 50 percent in the last decade, the question is, what performance did Pakistani research stations show? Many textile mills are running at 50 percent capacity due to lack of cotton.
