Sindh Governor recalls special bond with Benazir Bhutto during Saudi visit

KARACHI: The Sindh Governor Muhammad Kamran Khan Tessori said that during her visit to Saudi Arabia, Benazir Bhutto made me her brother by standing in the Prophet’s Mosque (PBUH) and he still respects Benazir Bhutto’s status as a sister.

Remembering Benazir Bhutto Shaheed, Sindh Governor Kamran Tesori said that a Pakistani businessman in Dubai introduced me to Benazir Bhutto.

Regarding this meeting, he further said that I had promised Benazir Bhutto that I would get a passport in 15 days and I fulfilled my promise in 13 days.

The Sindh Governor said that Benazir Bhutto was the first person to call me on my return home.

Kamran Tesori further said that Bibi had accompanied me during my visit to Ajmer Sharif and London and on my birthday, Shaheed Bibi had gifted me a valuable cufflink.
